3 August 2000.     Dear Mr Moody-Stuart.    I enclose copies of my draft claim and letter, as (recorded) posted to you on the 27 July 2000. In my letter, I requested that you should kindly acknowledge safe receipt. However, I have received no such acknowledgment; therefore, I am taking the precaution of sending you further copies. Finally, I now understand that XXXXX consists of a number of flats. In order to avoid the possibility of confusion I shall use the above address for my claim unless I hear to the contrary.   Yours sincerely,     John Dyer. |
