London 27 July 2000. Dear Ms Morrison, As you are aware I have been, for the past 20 months or so,
attempting to achieve a honourable resolution to Shell’s mass dumping of
nuclear ‘waste’ (circa 1968) issue.
Shell’s inability to address this issue, culminating with Richard
Wiseman’s recent ‘invitations’ to me to commence legal proceedings has
left me with no alternatives. Consequently, I enclose my draft Statement of Claim, unless
I receive your proposals for settlement within 21 days, I shall commence
